1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Ate App ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all digital creators, influencers, coaches, merchants, and storefront customers.
2. 0% Creator Platform Fee Guarantee
Ate App guarantees a 0% platform commission model. We charge zero percentage take-rate on your gross transaction volume. All sales revenue flows directly through your connected merchant processor (Stripe Connect or PayPal) into your bank account. Standard third-party merchant gateway processing fees (e.g. Stripe 2.9% + 30¢) apply directly from the processor.
3. Digital Products & Content Ownership
You retain 100% full intellectual property ownership of all digital files, PDFs, presets, video modules, and courses uploaded to Ate App. You warrant that your uploaded products do not violate copyright, trademark, or applicable laws.
4. Instagram & Meta Automation Compliance
When utilizing Ate App's comment-to-DM automated replies, you agree to adhere strictly to Meta's Commercial Terms and Community Standards. You agree not to send deceptive messages, spam, or misleading links. Users must have explicitly opted-in by commenting on your published posts or Reels.
5. Subscription Billing & 1-Click Cancellation
Ate App Pro subscriptions ($19/month or $190/year) renew on a recurring schedule. You can cancel your subscription at any time with 1-click in your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your storefront and automations remain active until the end of your prepaid period.
6. Refund & Delivery Policy for Digital Goods
Digital products purchased through creator storefronts are delivered instantly via on-screen token download and receipt email. Because files are delivered immediately upon successful payment, creator refund policies are established individually by each creator merchant.
